Hello guys, i recently bough a pair of earbuds active 4.
I live in Europe, but they have China firmware. They are real, i put the serial code on their box in the mi headphones app, and it recognized the code, however the app doesnt recognize the headphones. I have a redmi note 8 pro.
So i can only use them without the app, but the sound quality is very bad. Reading reviews before i bought them, everyone says they sound great for their price. So i believe there might be something wrong. If anyone had these issues and managed to solve them, please tell me how.
