Broken Screen & debugging is OFF how to back up files?

Dear All,

I broke my M11's screen. It does not respond to touch anymore. I cannot see the contents since it constantly flashing.
I tried using an OTP-connected mouse to "blind" navigate to the menu but with no success.
It has TWRP installed so I booted into it and tried different ABD commands. abd devices found some results but no other command worked. adb shell, list files (ls) worked but I could not find the DCIM folder. storage, data, mnt are either empty or contain folders with long folder names.

Please offer me some advice on how to back up the files and photos.

Thank you for your reply. The screen is smashed and it does not take touch input anymore. It is all white too so I cannot see.
