New Blank call screen

Hello, guys!
My Mi 11 Lite NE 5g has a bug for which I didn't find any information posted around.

When I answer a call or make a call the screen with the call details stays blank for half a minute.

I forced stop and deleted the cache of Call services and System launcher apps.
I turned off proximity sensor.

But the problem is not solved.

I hope you could help me with this.
Any ideas are highly appreciated.
