Black Screen Issue

Hi .
I have problem with my MI 4c. When i lock device with Power Button or when I recive call screen goes off but when I attempt to turn it on nothing happens . Button have backlight but screen is turned off. On AOSPA ROM same problem. But in recovery it works great. Any ideas ? Oh and i made full wipe with miflash also and nothing.

Same problem, i change another rom but still random black screen. Then i try to unscrew 2or more screw and problem solved. I think problem caused by hardware. Sory for my bad english
