Better/ Smoother app open and close animations

a new feature suggestion for xiaomi.eu.

- having Smoother or better animations when your opening or closing apps

- Maybe even a choice of choosing different animations, such as the reveal introduced in stock android marshmallow (6.0), Stock animation introduced in android pie (9.0), and of course the stock animation included with miui right now

You have three settings for animations in Developper options, knock yourself out

OFF is the one I like most hahaha
