Battery Drain + Uninstall Twrp App?

I have a question for you guys...
I tried a few roms for my Mi5: Global Stable -> Xiaomi.eu Weekly -> Xiaomi.eu Stable and now i'm on 8.2.2 (NAACNEB).
Whit the last rom I feel less battery drain then other previous roms but Android System and Android Operating System still drain a lot of battery. Why? It's ok?

I have more or less 1 hr of SoT

I can also uninstall Official TWRP App? If yes, how?

Uh, no, 1 hour SOT is not OK. I get between 4 and 5. You have a severe case of battery drain.

The Official TWRP app is not a part of xiaomi.eu ROM installation, to my knowledge. I don't have it (of course I have TWRP 3.1.0-1 recovery, but not the app). You should be able to uninstall the app like any other.

You could try to perform a full wipe (cache, data, and dalvik-cache) and see if starting from a clean slate fixes your problem. I have 8.2.2.0 stable .eu, just like you, and don't have this kind of drain.
