Many people have been wondering about the battery backup on the latest build . I saw many of the users claiming that the battery backup is bad , but it's vice versa .
People making such claims just don't let the ROM settle , they just judge it in hours . I would suggest atleast waiting for 5-7 days before judging the stability of a MIUI ROM . Since MIUI ROMs take alot of days to settle .

Here are some screenshots on 12.9 which i took just 5 minutes before posting the thread :
I got 8 Hrs and 9 Mins of SOT , which can easily be pushed to 9 Hrs + with mobile data , wifi and Bluetooth working constantly
