Backup All Data In Mi4c

Hi guys, is it possible to backup all the data, ROM and settings in my Mi4c to my computer? I wanted to try Lineage OS but I wanted to back up the whole phone, including settings and ROM (MIUI 9) but as the phone doesn't have external storage and my internet is too slow to do it via MiCloud, I wanted to know if there's a way to back it up using my pc with windows to do it.
