Invalid AR not working on supported device POCO F5 with latest HyperOS (Marble)

The AR feature is not functioning properly with the latest version of HyperOS (EU) (OS 1.0.9.0).


The device in question is a Poco F5 (Marble), which is compatible with Google ARCore.


It appears that there are issues with the AR feature on HyperOS. When attempting to use AR+ in Pokémon Go, the game crashes, preventing the use of AR. Additionally, other AR applications display a message indicating that the device does not support the AR feature.


I have confirmed that ARCore (Google Play Services for AR) is installed from the Play Store.

Could you please investigate this issue and work on a solution? Thank you!

AR Core is not part of our ROMs (or even official ROMs), so not sure how you expect us to know or test anything about it.

I can confirm that AR function and ARCore on MARBLE is supported by official HyperOS and by Google, but they will always crash apps with AR in the HyperOS EU, i.e. Google Maps and Pokémon Go.
Maybe start testing apps with AR?
I can use the AR function in official HyperOS and MIUI14(EU), but had no luck with HyperOS(EU).
