Apps Still There After Unninstall And Reboot ? O.o

hey all i have an mi4 and i've been using the roms relased on this forum for a while now..
since i don't know 3 or 4 updates ago, some apps like mikey and miremote keep poping into my menu even after i unninstall em, any idea why this is happening ?

System restores them after reboot.
You can use App Quarantine for freezing them.

Yes. We did that. There's mechanizm that restores those app. Just don't look at them when swiping screens.
