New Apps not updating on Google Play

I am using mi max3.
I can not update the google play store app via tethering.
There is no problem with other WiFi.
It can not be done via tethering.
There is no problem with other communication via tethering.

Weird, when thetering via laptop it works, via another phone it doesnt.

It looks like they removing "Mobile Hospot" toogle in Wifi option on newer Android version.
because I still can find it in my Mi 3W (marshmellow). But not in my Mi Mix 3 (pie).

The real problem is because you all run miui 10 china..use original global miui rom not eu rom..will work fine man...miui china has restrictions on wifi channel to all other world.dont believe me try use official miui global

I fixed this on my RMN7:
1.open the details of the network you have connected.
2. Change IP settings from DHCP to Static.
That's all.
