App complete uninstall

Hi guys,
I have some problem with an App for bank access.
I have changed my bank account and I think that app call bank server and crash because my account was changed.
Bank have cancelled my old account but is possible that something is saved into my Note 4X ?
Can I delete all files stored by this app?
I have tried to uninstall the app, but if I reinstall it start and crash.

In Settings/Backup and Restore
Try unchecking "Automatic restore"
( of app data).
Then try deleting & reinstalling the app.

If that doesn't help, the app may have left files somewhere on the phone that are not deleted when you uninstall it.
Try looking for any folders named after the app,
and in Android/data
