Invalid App Behaviour doesnt show up.

Greetings! The App Behavior notifications for Location, Camera, Microphone etc is not working for some reason, I'm on MIUI.eu 13 A12, Note 11 MIUI 13.0.5.0
Its turned on in the Security App and tested while turning it off and on again and with no success.

On Android 12 it's only shown for third-party apps that use one of those permissions in the background (i.e. not the top-most app on the screen).
On Android 13 it's only shown for third-party apps that use one of those permissions either in the foreground or the background.
