I'm using the "outer space" ambient display animation on my 9T Pro with MIUI11. Initially all worked well but after a few days the animation was offset by 12 Hours (i.e. sunrise at 18:00).
After going back and forth randomly changing languages/time zones/locations/timeformat(12hrs;24hrs)/turning network-provided time on/off I got it working again (I set everything back to my old settings and it showed up normaly in the next morning).
However it only worked another few days and then again started showing the sun animation at night. I left it for several days (~ 2 weeks) to see if it changed back but it didn't.
After changing settings back and forth again I got it working correctly again (again it happened overnight after going through the settings, so I can't tell exactly what fixed it)
Today, about a week later, the animation got offset again.
My settings are:
Language: english
Timeformat: 24h
Use Network-Provided Time: yes
Use Network-Provided Time zone: yes
