New All Google App Can't Sync

I installed
xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNoteW_V8.2.3.0.KHDCNDL_v8-4.4.zip
then all google app can't sync.
I couldn't use play store, youtube..

anyone have the same problem ?

You have to uninstall the update of the Play Store. You will able to update some apps. But after a while, you have to do it again.

Tried uninstalled the update of play store. But problem still exist.

Is it possible that the google play service is not running ?

If yes, how to re-run the service ?

Have you tried to wipe system, data and cache and reflashing the ROM?

Tried wipe cache & system, reflashing the ROM.

Cleaning cache & data of google apps..

None worked.
