ADB Drivers?

I am trying to use the Xiaomi MI2 for development, but unfortunately the device does not show up in ADB on my computer.
I think I have to install drivers for this, but I cannot find them, does anyone know where they can be found?
In this topic on miui.com it is suggested that the drivers are on the phone but only in the original roms, not in the miuiandroid roms?
Could anyone check this or place just the driver online somewhere?

You should connect your mi2 and select 'File mode' for USB mode connection. On attached drive you'll see setup.exe - run it, reboot, delete the existing Android device in device manager, turn off and turn on your mi2. You'll see the real sd card in usb (file mode) and could access your device via adb.
