New [9.7.19] Mi 9: Phone Call issues on new install issues (until reboot)

After wiping data and installing 9.7.19 to replace global version, when running for the first time I made phone calls with nothing else connected:
* No audio through the phone's normal earpiece, but could get audio by sending to phone's speaker
* No microphone or touch tones sent to other party.

After rebooting the calling worked normally.

Same here on K20 Pro, call without hearing any sound not any other sound player does and it was not fixed even after reboot. But i believe the issue seem to disappear after 9.7.19 update.
