Hmmm, looks like lots of effort in weekly ROMs, but very little in stable ROMs.
But for annoying problems in weekly ROMs, the advice is to use a stable ROM.
It does not compute to me.

Update your TWRP its 99% shure because of that. The latest version is 3.2.1
