Hi,
I would like to ask if someone could tell me how the band restrictions for 5GHz WiFi are bypassed in Xiaomi.eu ROM.
I have a Xiaomi Pad 5, which as we know has no support for the Xiaomi.eu ROM, but MIUI 13 with MIUI+ is available only as China ROM.
The only gripe I have with this ROM is that I can't see my 5GHz network unless I change its channel (which I would like to avoid since there are a lot of WiFi APs overlapping in the supported channel range).
I tried flashing an EU modem onto the tablet, but to no avail.
Could someone please tell me how I can bypass the channel restrictions myself?
