It's friday and the sun is shining inside even though it's raining outside, weather in Norway really could get better. Obama promised us global warming! All those presidents ever do is lie...everybody lies...
Anyway every friday is like christmas eve and even though I am not always such a nice boy I still get presants from MIUI.

It's about that time, was gonna take sick leave but MIUI download way more important than sleeping late and faking a sick day.

Said it a lot of times but guess you're a new member, so Welcome :)

MIUIAndroid.com significantly improves the ROM translations and other visual aspects of the ROM, we work with Xiaomi to improve features, submission of bug issues and other BETA testing of weekly private builds.

In addition we've translated and managed to get MIUI China to support English Language at a basic level, one of accomplishments over many others for MIUI over the last 2 years.

We also provide GAPPS in ICS and JB ROMS :) something which China does not now support.

First of all, thank you for wonderful Rom. Always great fan of MIUI. But can I know, if is corrected or not the bug from MIUI 2.8.31 for SGS2, because time after time, when I AM NOT on calling mode, the proximity sensor turns of the screen. It is so frustrating issue.

Anyway, Great JOB to you all.
 
Does anyone know if the dpi and grid size options have been changed in the Grouper/Nexus 7 version? Thanks.

You have the ability to disable this feature

Settings > Display settings > Prevent misuse

Note : Settings FC ?

if any users experience a random Settings FC which leads to being unable to open settings at all, please do the following quick fix.
  • open settings which will lead to force close
  • long press home or open recents/multi task
  • long press on settings
  • Select Force stop
  • Select Clear Data
Issue Solved
Sporadic, might just be the odd one out. This was detected on miui 4.1 galaxy nexus gsm 2.9.7. But was working fine before this happened. So just do the above and all will be fine and no need for factory reset or wipes.

Anyone tested this on SGS III, need to know if Root has been fixed... Will try a full wipe before I flash but, since I'm at work don't want to risk losing all before I'm home and off the phone.
Also, any info on contact pics would be nice.
 
Any update on Galaxy Note? We have been waiting for quite sometime. Is it so badly bugged? Just like to know

Note can potentially brick devices. Xiaomi will not and we will not do that to the end user until that is fixed.
