Just updated my Xiaomi M-One Plus to 2.12.7 using Xiaomi recovery (wiping cache and data first). System one is fine, but when I reboot to system two to upgrade it repeatedly shows the message 'Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone' has stopped'. If I click Report MIUI it shows details of a RuntimeException. First part of exception is

java.lang.RuntimeException: Unable to get provider com.android.providers.telephony.SmsProvider: android.database.sqlite.SQLiteException: Can't downgrade database from version 71 to 70.

If I click Send it fails to send the exception to MIUI.
