xiaomi redmi 4x

Hi. I bought a Xiaomi Redmi 4X couple of weeks ago but it came with an unofficial MIUI ROM. I tried to install the official Global Chinese ROM from MIUI forums but it tells me that the phone is already associated with another account so I can't use it. It does not let me sign in with my account...

i buy it a Redmi Note 4x(Mtk Helio x20), but i have on it "shop rom" and i tried install an update to a global rom and my phone stuck in mi logo, then i searched on internet and see a tutorial to flash with SP FLASH TOOLS a rom and will resolve the problem when i do that, phone never starts up...
