sunlight mode

mi 11 sunlight mode dont work in manual brightnes , it works only in auto .... i have poco x3 pro and in sunlight the screen is more clear to see than the mi 11.... mi 11 have 1500 nits and i cant see in sun ? really... it is from miui disabled?

On my phone, all greys get lighter in bright environments. Researching online I found out this is supposed to help you see in bright light. But having dark mode enabled it actually makes things worse because the background gets lighter and the text is white so there is actually less contrast...
