roborock s50

Hello, I have an Roborock S5/S50 Vacuum cleaner. It has stopped working since some days (flashing red, no WiFi) and I tried to reach the European Support (support@roborock-eu.com). But no answer. Are they there? Is there any else contact way? Thanks! Greetings Jack

Hi, My relative just recently updated her IPhone and it seems like after this update she is unable to access the Roborock S50 through the App. Its possible to start the vacum directly from the app but clicking on it to show the map and other features results in an error message: TypeError...
