Hello i have a Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G i got a china device and i can't unlock BL in BL unlock tool and Mi community someone said i cant unlock bl beacuse i have a china version of phone and i need a china mi community acc for open my bl anyone can help me?

I have Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G with 1.0.12.0.UNOINXM OS version(India). Also unlocked. 1) I wanted to to get and flash xiaomi.eu patreon ROM version, but it has China ROM base. Will it work with my device? 2) Do xiaomi.eu ROM have localisations, or it is English only?
