if I do the xiaomi.eu on my Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra do I get OTA updates MIUI 13 / 13.5 ? Or do I have to download and install it manually

Hello! I'm new here and I have switched from stock MIUI ROM to Xiaomi.eu ROM and today I received a new OTA update and I don't know how to install it, is Xiaomi.eu updates install via TWRP? My device has already TWRP recovery installed and should I clean Dalvik and cache after OTA update done?
