Less than 1 year using, mop 3c doesn't mop properly. It makes a strange noise (imagine it being forced to move with the wheels blocked, vibrating the equipament), moisture the floor, move some centimeters to the right, goes back, moisture the floor again... repeat all again and doesn't get out...
