    I think it is the "old"one Redmi-WCDMA. Taiwan is sold in Taiwan and HK in HK. These are relatively new. Your version MIUI-3.11.29 is made 2013-11-29. As far as I know the others were not there at that momen.

    V13 is the newest ROM for the Hongmi. V5 is the previous one. Maybe you have already this. You can find this under settings/about phone/miui version.

    Under settings/storage, do you see the SD card visible (showing how much available) ? Otherwise format SD card to FAT32. If you use the latest stable V13 (or V5) version camera saves automatically to SD.
