Can't hear or heard the other while making call from samsung galaxy 6 watch connected to redmi note 10 pro

Yesterday i bought the samsung galaxy watch 6 fro my son's redmi note 10 pro. I have a strange problem. Even though the watch makes and receives calls no voice is heard on the watch from each side. I have returned the phone to factory settings, disabling google account and internet connection...
