    it appears the file is getting corrupted on download.I am getting a different hashsum when downloading. Will changing the name of the file effect its hashsum?

    I have tried downloading the TWRP image file again, and I am still booting up to a blank screen on my Mi 11 Ultra.The procedure appears work OK,just no TWRP.

    I am using the same USB port and USB cable I used to flashboot the 12.5.4 successfully to my Mi 11 Ultra. I will try downloading the file again...

    To recover the phone, hold down the power button until you see a brief flash, you should have the phone boot up normally.

    Have a Chinese Mi 11 Ultra, have followed the procedure to install TWRP. All I get is a blank screen on reboot. If I reboot the phone and hold the power and up volume keys it goes to the normal recovery Mode....any ideas?
