I got success with re-downloading the zip file again. Seems like the maintainer have re-uploaded the ROM, and I was trying to install a broken one. For those who are still suffering with the same problem, I suggest you to re-download or at least make sure your ZIP file have the same MD5 hash...

I googled it as well. Exact reason is not 7 related. Their solution of changing the update.script is mostly related to "assert" command. In my case, the actual error message that needs to be focused is "E1001: Failed to flash system partition." and that problem is related to this line: Quoting...
