Hi d_blue, I can fully understand you sold the phone. I will probably too, because it is too much trouble....... Also I know someone, who has a mi10pro, no problems at all. But for the community, I try to wait a couple of weeks more.... If there is a solution, it will come in a couple of days...

They wanted me to sent them a picture of the phone, that it is not rooted, checked with rooted app. I used two apps, both of course, stated 'not rooted'........ Still waiting

They are still on it, not yet. I had to check if phone was rooted. It is not rooted...... I have to wait a little longer.

Thanks for your reply. So waiting for the BB specialist.... It is at the moment 'profiles retrieved' - (last in the series) the message popup is : 'your device cannot be activated because rooted devices are not allowed. Please contact your administrator.' Also our IT helpdesk doesn't know...

I have a problem with blackberry uem, signing 'profiles' thinking/saying my mi 10 Ultra is 'rooted' which is not!
