    There's no internet access with free WIFI networks, e.g. Deutsche Bahn or at a hotel. It says network “requires login/authorisation”. But when opening my browser (Chrome) nothing is happening.

    Some urgently needed apps don’t work, e.g. Uber, DriveNow (car sharing in GER) + Emmy (scooter sharing). - the Uber + Emmy apps repliy “sorry, no service in your region” - concerning DriveNow the location doesn‘t work. Any ideas?
