I have the same problem in my Xiaomi Mi 9 (6/128GB), running MIUI 12 stable. The phone starts do flash the screen after a few seconds when I call an Uber ride. Then, the phone stops and go to a recovery screen, and I select to reboot the system. After that, I open again the Uber app and continue...
