I've had that problem too. I tried to update from 9.9.26 and the same problems happened, no wifi, soft reboots, no google services, the same problems that were happening with some people who updated from 9.9.26 to 9.9.27. The solution for me was doing a clean install, now it works perfectly.

Dirty flash of the v2 rom is still getting these bugs for me, i'm flashing from .26 to .27 v2.

Dirty flashed latest ROM uploaded and still same problems, wifi, soft reboots... Wiped dalvik and cache. I could get 2 logcats if it helps. Edit: Log2.txt was the closest log that i could get before a soft reboot.
