Yes the problem was the fastboot drivers of the phone not correctly installed by Windows 10 (I don't know why) and I solved it by selecting them in the device manager with manual update, now it worked correctly and updated the phone. thank you all Inviato dal mio M2012K11AC utilizzando Tapatalk
