Sometimes unlocking with the finger print scanner when the display is turned off unlocks the phone with no icons on the home screen

Once I restart my phone or leave it in standby mode I noticed the theme switching from dark which i have set it to white I have noticed this with 9.12.5 and it is still persistent in 9.12.12. This is happening on MI 8 S E by the way .

The latest update for MI 8 SE is better than the last the luncher became more responsive and less laggy but not not as smooth as 10.3 plus there is a slight battery drain on MI 8 SE
