You need both. Google wallet to do the payments and XEU inject module to spoof your fingerprint and allow the payments to go through. It doesn't really matter what you install first as the inject module is part of the ROM and you just update it when there is a new FP available from the team...

For strong you need a valid keybox. As of now all public keyboxes are revoked by Google. Unfortunately this seems like a losing game. If you need your banking apps you should unroot and lock bootloader. By the way there are a lot of people selling keyboxes. They might work for a few days but...
