The problem with the notifications of Telegram app hasn't been fixed yet.

Neither I can't deactivate the DUAL Apps :( I don't use the dual app, and no idea how it was turned on. But in settings there're no option to switch off this feature.

If your bootloader is unlocked, just flash the xiaomi.eu ROM. 1 - In this ROM yes, you'll receive the OTA updates. 2 - If you are going to watch the Netflix through the country which is supported by netflix, you wouldn't have any problem. Coz, it depends on your IP, not your ROM.

I have the same issue with telegram. There're no notifications for messages and also for calls in telegram.
