    How long it's been stuck? If more than 2hr, it's highly possible soft bricked.. you can try hold power button + volume up to enter TWRP (assuming you are using TWRP installation). Hold untill second Mi logo appear. If you can access to TWRP, a lot things you can try start from here, for example...
