Found a time zone problem at 8.2.2.0 Stable NAACNEB firmware. Automatic time zone is activated, but it applies wrong time zone. I am in Russia, Moscow time, I should have GMT +03:00 time zone instead of GMT +02:00. There was no such problem with 8.2.2.0 global firmware. Please fix it.

I've found a bug in this firmware. In my phone operator's time zone was activated, and I have noticed that the time zone is incorrect. It is less one hour than it should be. I am in Russia, Moscow time, but the firmware sets the european time zone. So I have time zone +2:00 instead of +3:00...
