Yes, same issue but that tine I could access twrp recovery.. I had to format data and then flash stable xiaomi.eu version over it. I am now using stable rom Sent from my Redmi 5A using Tapatalk

Yes same, for me also I could not access data partition and I had to flash fastboot rom and I lost everything. Now waiting for the 8.11.15
