I was using App Drawer mode of home screen.
I booted my phone to safe mode and after rebooting to normal mode, most of my home screen shortcuts were gone.
So I thought that I would give "Classic Home Screen" a shot. The problem is when I use the search and type in an app name, no app shows up...
I flashed magisk zip right after xiaomi.eu (Android 11) to be safe and didn't lose magisk.
You can rename latest version of magisk.apk to magisk.zip and flash it via recovery.
I have this version installed: xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote9Pro_HMNote9S_V12.0.6.0.QJWMIXM_v12-10
Is it possible to dirty flash android 11 on that? Its version number is smaller: xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote9Pro_HMNote9S_V12.0.2.0.RJWMIXM_v12-11
Me too! Just got the phone and I'm in the waiting process.
I don't invest in installing apps and configuring my phone for now, cause unlocking the bootloader will wipe the phone and I'll have to start over.
I think you have two options:
1. while your device is in fastboot mode and connected to your Pc, open windows update and press "check for updates" and when finished, look again for optional updates.
2. Extract the drivers you have downloaded to a folder. Open device manager and double click on...
Are you in fastboot mode?
Is "Android bootloader interface" driver installed in windows? open device manager and check for devices with a question/exclamation mark. if so, use windows update to install drivers.

Settings, my device, all specs: tap multiple times on MIUI VERSION to enable Developer Options.
Then go to additional settings, Developer Options and change animation scales to 1x
MIUI messaging app has private inbox. Just long drag from top to down.
Also you can enable the blacklist to filter SMS from strangers and put them in a folder.
I'm already using both.
