Wel of geen OS heeft niks te maken met twrp. Recovery partitie is daar helemaal los van te flashen. Eerst een rom erop hoeft dus niet voor twrp. En zoals je zegt eenmaal twrp erop is de xiaomi.eu rom dichtbij.
