I have a problem with my Mi3. It doesn't autoupdate, even when the update has already been release, the device tells me there is no updates available. What should I do?

I have a MI3 and the Updater App can't find the weekly update 4.9.5 and keeps me in the 4.8.22. I can't find a link to download the update manually. Can anyone help me with this please.

Ok, since I just got my Xiaomi Mi3 here is a question that might sound stupid: Is the 4.7.25 ROM newer than the 4.7.18 ROM. I dowloaded the 4.7.18 from this webpage but it hasn't updated since last week, will it auto-update by itself or do I have to dowload the 4.7.25 by myself?
