Hi,I use the hongmi now for a while and the battery lasts usually 3 days, give or take. Now I inserted a second sim and after 12-14 hrs the battery is mty. Is thst normal ? I can imagine that working with 2 sims drains more power, but ....... :-(

Hi, I have set the phone lock timer to 5 sec and the screen to 30 sec. That would mean the phone will be locked after 5 sec ? But in my case it does not work. The screen is switched off as planned , but it's not locked.Only a while later the phone locks up. Anybody with an idea what is going on...

Hi, you have a micro-Sim card in the Mi2 ? Hmmm, I doubt that. The "normal" Sim-card in the Mi2 is the one with 2.5 cm x 1.5 cm. The micro sim is used in Iphone 4s and newer and several others. But the size of the sim card has nothing to do with the provider. You get from them what you need :-)

Hi, the simple "choose import contacts from sim card" did not work because the phone replied "no contacts found on sim card" The card itself is normal size, used in a little HTC phone. Anyhow problem solved via Google synchronisation. Tks for the tipps

Hi, just to update on the "foreign" SIM card issue. I have/had several Xiaomi phones (Hongmi WCDMA / 2S WCDMA and Mi3 WCDMA ) all work perfectly with my german SIM card everywhere. Even the TCDMA models will work outside of China, in 2 G mode only ;-)
