Thanks for your answer! I like MIUI too, i just cant understand whats the problem with mi5s... I use to have global rom but the updates were a nightmare and rom was full of bugs, after they release miui 9 stable roms it took 5 months to mi5s have global stable... even the global beta was frozen...

It´s a shame... Maybe mi5s/plus are not good enough to be updated. There is already a lot of roms on Android O for this phones... Weekly roms are more buggy every week, it shows a lack of suport on this model. I should have bought a redmi phone... Its better than this "flagship".

it's strange but when my mi5s starts draining I reboot and it turns normal for the rest of the charge... It's like windows os! Reboot is the fix for everything. But once it starts draining it's unbelievable how fast the battery goes away! Yesterday it drained 50% in 1 hour.( in standby)

It never hapened to me. But i had a backup on TWRP from 8.3.1 and i just restored it. Now it seems normal. 8.3.1 seems to be the best for now on mi5s (thats why i have backed up)

On mi 5s it stoped working too... When I light up the screen it doesn't search for my face... It simple acts like face unlock is disabled... I tried to remove and add my face again some times and still not working.

But that SD821 models are more recent than MI5 and they are flagships too (I think), the updates should follow a kind of order. I think its funny because Xiaomi updates the phones some kind a "randomly", and some models are always behind (like Mi5s), Mi Note 3 is also behind Mi5 and its a newer...

Strange policy... Update MI5 to Oreo and the SD821 models stays behind... (MI5s / Mi5s Plus / MI Mix / Mi Note 2). Funny.

I am using facial unlock too it works great and compensates the fingerprint fails... But on previous update the fingerprint was working good. I bought a redmi 5 plus for my girlfriend and the fingerprint is ridiculously better and faster than mi5s... I instaled xiaomi.Eu stable and I am jealous...

?? I haven't noticed any lag... But fingerprint scanner is failing a lot! Even if you put the wrong finger it takes 5 seconds to vibrate! And in this two weeks with this update my phone as rebooted 3 times by itself. Am I the only one ?
