Security app issue

I have Note 8T with latest xiaomi.eu rom (V11.0.5.0.PCXMIXM). Basically if security apps gets updated from Play Store - you won't be able to change apps permissions. If I go to settings - apps - manage apps - any app - app permissions - nothing happens. If I go to settings - apps - manage apps -...
