This has got me stuck in an infinite boot loop, I have a Galaxy Nexus, I did a wipe cache partition & Dalvik cache wipe before, and have flashed the same Rom twice, this is the first time that I have flashed the Google Apps with a new rom, How Do I fix this infinite boot loop?

Where is this 55% stability coming from? I have a Galaxy Nexus, and MIUI is so sluggish, always hogging 700+mb ram leaving little for apps, why is this so terrible?
