When i update weekly rom, do i have to reinstall this mod again ?

Even if it would be possible to move without erasing data, i would not recommend. Do a clean install of new android version. I can recommend weekly rom, i have not seen a bug for a long time.

They are selling both, Global ROM and Global version of the phone. Its up to you, what you will pick. For instance i chose global ROM in purpose. I would unlock bootloader no matter what (TWRP, ROOT,...) and with Chinese Global ROM version (or so its called International version) you have it...
